he does drive a bike in London. He has for years. When he rides down the steps that actually looks like his body frame. You can only fake so much. Mary must have had a stunt double, but Sherlock? I have to wonder how much is really him.

Ben can drive motorbike.
It's mentioned in his biography, and there are a few pics with him and his motorbike on Pinterest.
He didn't needed a stunt double for this scene.
