A Hope Realized [with Remote Supports]

The HCBS Final Settings Rule requires that people with disabilities receive services that grant them full access to the community and the choice and control to live where they want. Like everyone else.
Meet Cheryl and Arden of Hope Human Services in Washington State. Their goal has always been to provide person-centered services to the people they serve. With Remote Supports, Hope Human Services was able to make Byron's dreams come true. Watch the video to see they achieve providing the support Byron wanted to live his best life.
