Like most people always say the best way to learn is from 1s. You’ll learn better challenges on defence super quick bc if you make a mistake you get scored on and there’s no safety net. In 2s if ur solo q you have to try ur best to play to ur tm8. Assume they’re trash and try to cover their mistakes. You don’t need to score on every play especially if it means overcommitting yourself, just keep chipping away and make sure they don’t score on you

It's life, not only RL, we cannot all be "the" most succesful in a field, even if everyone becomes like Zen, one will be the last one. Be in peace with that or you'll live pretty bad. 🙂
Could it be that the exodus of rocket leauge players in general is re-organizing the ranks obviously everything is getting pushed down if they don’t add a rank on top. So basically you have to improve to stay at the same rank and if you want to go up and rank up you have to improve faster than those around you. Idle=going down in rank over time. Now the opposite could be also true if there will be a big new influx of new players, it might reverse this pattern.
The answer is bad teammates bumping me, own goaling, going afk, not rotating, not staying on defense, trying to steal goals, and going for the ball when I’m in a clear better position than them. That’s all
Yeah without those I could rank up from plat to low diamond in 3s easy. Been playing with diamond 3/champ friends in other acco and there my skill level just ain't enough. Sure I can play smart and games are relatively tight but we still lose more than win. I can't remember any game which I would consider myself good. The most advanced mechanics in every game are just too hard for me to learn.
@@mirkopirrotta0157 but the other team is playing perfect and never has the same issues that if you improved you could exploit. And players (like me) who have had to make a new account and rank up through your ranks easily aren’t real. Your rank is your fault
I get you cant always blame your teammates, we all make mistakes. But it comes to a point where its blatantly obvious that my teammates do not belong in the same rank as me. The other team is hitting flip resets while my teammates dont know how to fast aerial. Then they start being toxic in chat or leave the game because they get scored on and my mmr suffers because of that. I think mmr should be based off wins AND performance. Losing mmr because my teammates are crybabies and (or) literal drones shouldn’t be my fault.
Horrible logic. They are literally the same rank as you because of their skill is the exact same resulting in similar amount of wins at said rank (exception if they’re boosted). Skill isn’t just mechanics, it’s decision making too. While everyone is focusing on their teammates lack of skill or mechanics, you are surely making just as many mistakes without your own awareness. The goal in improving in anything is by becoming aware of what you need to change and making that change as quickly as possible. Occasional toxic Teammates won’t affect your MMR in the long run if you are improving. One thing you can control, the other you cannot. Control the controllable.
@@defixon I play back and im not that mechanical. I can airdribble dribble and a few other things. I would say my desicion making is good. I play by rotation, my tm8s just push whenever they want. @@hofschoolthreat2543 you’re lacking self awareness my guy. If you are that much better than everybody in the lobby you will naturally rank up. Just as if you went into a diamond lobby, you would carry and get out of diamond quite easily. You are at the rank you’re supposed to be at, within maybe 100mmr range at most. Yes queuing up with someone you vibe with will help you get to your mmr ceiling within that range, but you’ll stabilize. If you’re teammates are being aggressive and you’re “back”, that’s a problem there. You should be in the play with them, you can’t give space or you’ll get 2v1 demo’d. Maybe you’re too far back getting big boost and playing too safely while having an aggressive teammate. Gotta adapt. Focus on what you can do better. That’s it man.
