I have a question that I"m asking every slot car site I can find. Back in the 70s I saw a slot car demonstration at the Auto Show on NYC. The cars were 1/25 or 1/24 scale. There was no "slot" but the center of the track opened and there was a shoe that contacted wires underneath. Wires came out of the shoe into the car. The driver could steer the car anywhere on the track limited only by the length of the wires. The driver could do 180 degree reverses. And two cars could occupy the same part of the track. The racing was amazing. Does this sound familiar? Any idea who porduced this set? Please help
Glad I found your UA-cam videos , great content.
Thanks Mike, I hope you have found the rest.
Felicidades mi coche favorito 👌
Wowww ❤❤❤
The Tyrrell 003 in its Brazilian "autorama" version, made by "Brinquedos Estrela", was my first slot car back in the 70's.
I am aware of the Autorama cars, but have never come across one. The Fittipaldi Copersucar looks great and very unique!
