No, at least not with these mods. There might be some other ones that do that.

No, in GTA 5, South Central is mixed with other ghetto areas of LA, but it's mostly based on Compton.

Does anyone know of any mods that adds in the "San Fernando Valley" aka "Porn Valley"? To the games map?...I noticed this area seems to be missing & I feel the games fictional version of LA is missing an important well known area without it..kinda immersion breaking..makes "Los Santos" naked without it (no pun intended lol).. but yah I'd really like to add this and other missing areas to the map..as the map is really empty without them compared to real life!.. I meanGTA 4 seems like a much more accurate 1 to 1 recreation of "New York City" compared to GTA 5's "Los Santos" to that of "Los Angeles" and the surrounding suburbs!..does anyone else feel this way??😅

La Billboards is a modpack that consists of many mods, including RCA, that try to transform Los Santos into Los Angeles. RCA alone does the same but to a lesser extent.

Ye "quite easy huh" but there is a lot to add i tried to make it as close as i cant to L.A but its just impossible i even change this 0:21 to the real naked girl statue and i tried to include all the emergency service in like LAFD LAPD LAXPD LAPP SMPD BHPD City of vernon Fire dept and its impossible i have a 400+ GB in the gta 5 directory and its still impossible ye well i hope that when gta vi will come out it will be more easier to make it like miami

Maybe this is a bit late but did you manage to let custom agencies like BHPD, LAXPD etc spawn in traffic? Because I am trying to do this for LSPDFR all the time

Please make a tutorial how to install and add these mods in gtav. I have never added mods before so I've no clue how to do it properly
