Pretty good vid I am obsessed with natural disasters and weather. But fun fact, just because it's raining so hard, the winds are 90mph. The way you know if there starting is if water are revealing the beaches service, and if there is an earthquake and you live in the east like, California, all of the states near California are at pacific ocean, then your gonna see a little wave but it gets bigger STAY WHERE YOU ARE WHEN THE FIRST PART IS OVER. There are other tsunami waves behind the like a hour or five min behind.

Because if you look at when he first "sees" it, you can tell its green screened because the part of it he saw shifts with the camera. You cant actually see it come, you spawn it in but it spawns over Los Santos automatically.
