2024 who's with me?
Been listening since the early 90's and won't stop.
no way bro
from 🇯🇵
... INTRAMONTABILI... ❤️🏴☠️
한국에서도 이거 들어. 구글 번역 가능하지???
100% 🇬🇧
Was supposed to see them in 95 on this tour when I was a senior in HS. Got grounded couldn't go lol I'm now 45 and am gonna see m for 1st time in March with another of my favs LOA. Pumped.
I grew up listening to them and somehow never saw them. I'm 40 and saw them for the first time about a month ago. It gave me flashbacks of listening to them in my bedroom when I was 13.
That bass line!
The end of 2022, whos still jamming this classic!?!?!
i just listen this for the first time 😊
2024 March 30
Forever 🖤
18 April 2024 still bangs as hard as ever
i would love to hear a new song and sound, but today it seems no one can play guitar or when they can its all about whine and cry by the campfire. the circle pit is an empty place nowadays.
"In the underground, integrity lies within."
That one line sums it all up for me.
thats why its the first line
After 20 years still listening. Hymn.
I've only missed them once in 20 years when they've been within an hour drive of wherever I was at.
Crazy when you grow up with a band. Been a fan since the 80's.... scratch the surface was an influential album, for me. This song rings true
My favorite hardcore album of all time! I recall this video on Beavis and Butthead back in the day
No he visto otra serie aquí no se escuchaba
Tramps, Wet Lands, Coney Island High, CGBG's, ABC No Rio, Deja One, Voodoo Lounge and all the other venues I used to go to. Thanks guys for molding a huge part of my life. Thanks Sick of It All and all the other great NYC bands as well!
I'm old now but I'll never forget how much fun I had when I was young!
Ah yes, Deja One was a classic LI venue!
“What do you think?”
“Man, it’s not so bad that hardcore music.”
I can't stop listening to this song. It's so powerful
Man I miss the mosh pit. Way too old for that now.
Fuck age! As long as you yearn for going back in.... Doesn't matter how old you are comrade :) just go to the show and just mosh and thrash!
Eh....with the way my lower back is these days I go to the shows and mosh in my head :) You're right, age isn't the defining factor. Physical health is.
It's all good
I'd like to be wise as you are, i remember going to a sick of it all concert, and jumping in the pit with a fucked up knee, i couldn't walk properly for several days after that. But that totally worth it ahahahahahah
Aidan Parle lol..I know. seen them years ago in Seattle
Velcro Your welcome to see em at Warped tour! Pits won't be too rough there, I promise you.
My 4 year old daughter loves Sick of it All, especially this song...Awesome!
Joseph Vail best dad ever!
)))) good
My son has been listening to this since conception
Damn, your daughter has better taste in music than my entire school.
Good parenting exposing them to hardcore- it represents & builds the foundation of a true honest trustworthy loyal person
This is the best music video ever made. I always lose my ability to breathe at "pickin up change".
Huh??
I come from Death Metal but I got into Hardcore and I have respect for people who respect me, there's always going to be douchebags trying to be "tough" but I know it's all a Brotherhood and we go to shows for the same thing, to get away from daily life and have a positive outlet. I looked down on HxC dancing, now i'm in the Pit swinging my arms. It's fun, we're all "ROCKERS" to the outside world. Lets just enjoy ourselves and rock out!!!
If I had a dollar every time I heard Metal heads complaining about HxC being to tough and mean for them... lmao
All good tho bro, cheers!
This video and Red Hot Moon by Rancid taught me to dance. Big love to Sick Of It All and all the Hardcore bands/ fans x
I love this band and this song is what Hardcore is all about. Every time they come to Australia i`m there in the crowd. This is such a cool clip for an awesome song. Sick Of It All for ever
BEST OF TRASH émission sur M6 la nuit au milieu des années 90... c'était le bon temps !
grave avec les clips de prodigy aussi !
Those Dance moves are hilarious
I saw them live yesterday, it was awesome!!! The bassist's mother and my aunt are best friends since more than 50 years so my aunt and me got to go backstage :D
You so lucky :D
Love how these guys were ripping on emo before ripping on emo was cool.
Emo is part of hardcore scene. Real emo that is.
Lol this came out at the peak of emo (and ripping on it). This is what emo kids looked like back then, and exactly how they behaved at shows, complete with the backpacks. After that "emo" (fake emo) became a style of pop punk and alt rock that was something totally different from the emo hardcore scene - which started getting called "screamo."
True but in our day eno was still heavy, wasn't pop. What they call emo now I'd call pop half the time
@@ericpirillo2326 oh I know. This "emo" is talking about Heroin, Indian Summer, Julia, Current, Maximillian Colby, Native Nod, Merel, Nuzzle, Evergreen, Shroomunion, Still Life...etc. heavy, emotional, HARDCORE.
@@oceanwaves95 "Real Emo" only consists of the de Emotional Hardcore scene and the late 90's Screamo scene. What is known by "Midwest Emo" is nothing but Alternative Rock with questionable real mo influence. When people try to argue that bands like My Chemical Romance are not real emo, while saying that Sunny Day Real Estate is, I can't help not to cringe because they are just as fake emo as My Chemical Romance (plus the pretentiousness). Real emo sounds ENERGETIC, POWERFUL and somewhat
HATEFUL. Fake emo is weak, self pity and a failed attempt to direct energy and emotion into music. Some examples of REAL EMO are Pg 99, Rites of Spring, Cap n Jazz (the only real emo band from the midwest scene) and Loma Prieta. Some examples of FAKE EMO are American Football, My Chemical Romance and Mineral EMO BELONGS TO HARDCORE NOT TO INDIE, POP PUNK, ALT ROCK OR ANY OTHER MAINSTREAM GENRE
SOIA has always been an amazing live band.. No pretentious bullshit... Real guys.. Real music.. Can't beat that..
HC will always have a warm space in my heart! After 20y of listening to sick of it all, when i come around its always f refreshing!
it's a golden day we can force them to stepdown!
But Y'all gotta admit : Big Boy laid down a wind mill that not even Don Quixote would have tipped ... FLAWLESS !!!
no karate in the pit
@@juanhernandez3067 If the audience isn't the kind that's into hardcore dancing, I agree. Otherwise mind yer own business. Stick to classic metal acts if you want basic pushpits, don't dictate other people's scene
@@juanhernandez3067 get out of the pit
@@juanhernandez3067ummm shut up?
The good old days
I miss them a lot.
Still “pickin’ up change” at 46! Saw them in the 90s they were explosive!
"It's not so bad, this hardcore music!"
the old man dancing hahaha... thats hardcore! im gonna call that, the nyhc shuffle.
Sometimes to serve a Higher purpose one must Step Down. "Integrity lies within!"
God bless Sick of it All.
Heavy-handed as this video is, it is so freaking beautiful with all the dancing and the sincerity. SOIA is golden.
“California version of NY style” 🤣🤣🤣 classic💪
Man, I need to practise some of those dance moves
Last Monday, in Milan, they were rrrrreally amazing! And this song was... so great. One of the best concerts I've ever seen.
The pizzamaker !! Wtf ! Gonna have to try that one out !
I love "The Fartkcnocker Double Inverted Nad Twist". Where's it?
One of their best songs!
SOIA are still touring their asses off today. I took my g/f at the time many years ago out on Valentine's Day for a surprise, I didn't tell her we were going to see SOIA! There was still a heart on the backdrop for the nightclub after the gig, the guys still remember the gig cos of this. Being British I lost it when they did a cover of Sham 69's Borstal Breakout and flew into the pit instead of looking after the g/f. I came out battered, bruised and very happy at the end of the gig. Big fan of NYHC, Pro Pain, Biohazard, SOIA and my favourite Life Of Agony who started off as NYHC but have matured a bit over the decades.
Saw them live in germany many years ago... so fkcn great❤
This video is my spirit animal
That's school ❤
One of coolest rock video ever made by man.
Love it love it love it!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Seen 'em loads & had the luck to meet them at Reading festival. Great band, great guys.
Bradford Rio was one of the greatest gigs ever! About '94, a guess, a long time ago!
What's up Dave- nobody noticed a high profile comment bc we're in a hardcore forum- but it seems Dave Matthews likes HC too! Bahaha get yours bro xNYHCx lives
Hello everyone! I came here after hearing this song on Beavis and Butt-Head. I'm not normally into hard-core punk music (more death metal/deathcore.) But sick of it all caught my ear. What other songs should I listen to since I'm a new fan of this band.
I used to listen and watch this with my ex-boyfriend. Now he's already left for a long time but Sick of it All is still with me.
Same
Same with my ex gf
Lou's vocals are unmistakable.
Best music video! "... it's not sooo bad..." right! That's some groovy shit!
Very entertaining! Much education! Wow! .... Seriously, we need more music videos to teach us some "SICK" moves.
Damn good band, damn good song! Can't give less than 5 stars.. It's just amazing :D.
Thank you, can't wait!! My friend saw them in Atlanta yesterday and the pit was UNSTOPPABLE!
Great band! My band opened for Sick of it all and Biohazard In SoFl in 92 I think it was. Great times!!!
Very good investigation!
one of the best songs that I love that are from NY
Sick of it all. So true. Never gets old.
"Pickin up change" is the law.
Classic tune.
Fuck yeah
best video ever!
Great band keeping NYHC alive.
The reporter started dancing toward the end! I knew it! This is wonderful!
Love it in the pit when everyone is doing their thing, classic style for me tho I get to out of breath with the others at 55
Neither SOIA nor Madball, Biohazard or any other selfcalled -core Band killed true Hardcore. There are many of Hardcorebands touring, playing, inventing sounds - music,, sleeping somewhere, Hardcore is DYS, Hardcore is worldwide. The Bands you mentioned have been the headliners in the 90es. Proud to have moshed in a pit of each of them
The music industry, popular music & generations of posers tried to kill HC but it can never die- xNYHCx lives
Perfect song
Every time I watch listen to this song I have to listen to it another 2-3 times. So good.
I miss those times...
Beavis and Butthead brought me here
My monkey dance
the pizza maker all day everyday :D
yeah... heheheh
Rx Rx I like th pizza maker...
that's me
I just wanna say thank you so much. ;)
Pizza maker is my favorite too.
Alles wird gut Lou!

Found this song and these guys for the 1st time ca. 1996 on a snowboarding video. Thereafter I used to go flying down the mountain all kinds of crazy ways these guys blaring in my walkman. Epic times.
100%, pure, NYHC
I came for the “California style of NY style” when he falls down 😂. Shit had me weak
What??? I though it was a legit move, like breakdancers do.
That's my fave one
stylized anger and frustration
2022 and those lyrics are talking about nowadays!!!
Say, do and believe whatever the hell you want, you'll still be accepted by true punks.
The Gorilla, Lawnmower, Windmill, California Version of Classic N.Y. Style, Pickin' Up Change, and at least one of the three Emo Style guys are all from New Jersey. Just saying.
Hahaha yup
All these coins and you still couldn't change.
One of the best videos ever.
I was listening to biohazard with my brother at this time, it was great.
Memories of beavis and butthead sent me here
Not so bad lol... fckn classic!!!

And a great comment!
I came here thanks to Beavis and Butt-Head! Anybody else?
I did!

california style, juaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa lol
California beat down all day!
I NEED to see them again. It's been almost 5 years since the last time :(
I saw these guys in concert at a small club when I was in Jr. High. Good times!
I want to jump and scream that I hate the world!
Try listening to the lyrics
From the time what EMO was cool...
+Jonatas Brisotti That's punk, you punk.
+Hank Moody if you watch the whole video you'll see the EMOS that are showed are very different from the EMOS that we have today...
+Jonatas Brisotti nope..."emo" is a dumb sub culture spawned from cool shit like hardcore punk,it was never "cool"
+Yordan Yanakiev Idont't like EMO as well... But as showed in the video, like the humor Cali version of NYC style had a lot of fans and it was a part of HC scene from 90's... These EMO style from today don't...
+Jonatas Brisotti Not many people really understand the early Emo scene or what it was about. I believe that many of the original emo's were later declared trendy hipsters that were posing with the 80's hardcore punk scene. Evidence was how they shifted quickly to the Pop Punk scene incredibly fast, which isn't really punk at all, but rather coded alternative rock designed for teenagers with empty sensibilities.
If I took a stab at it, I would guess that they were never cool or punk, just your run of the mill scene kids.
Hardcore brickwall Punk. Love it!
reminds me of the old days, still keepin it real in 2011!!!!
