I did not know about this act, I came to know from Puspendra Kulshrestha that such a black law has also been made in India and no Hindu even opposed it!
This is another great example of pseudo secularism practiced in India. Wakf board can claim ownership of any public or private property. I wish @StudiIQ should also tell students about the section 4 , 5 , etc of the wakt act 1995
As per my knowledge Waqf Board can't be sued in a court. But it has got the powers to order D.M. or Equivalent Authority to make a party to vacate land, plot building in 24 hours, which it thinks it is theirs,though the person has all the legal documents. It is a big fraud on the constitution of India.

@@brightbrain01 Kuch bhi? Waqf board can confiscate any property it wants and claim it. The onus of proving that that property belongs to the current owner is on him and not the board. It is absolutely trash act which shouldnt even exist.
Wakf board law must be dissolved by another law of parliament. It is against the universal equality of all other religions and faiths on Indian land. No law can be non challenging in court of law. No private body can be above any government official.
Waqf Board, by the way, is the third largest land owner in the country called India.... 1. Indian Railways. 2. Ministry of Defence. 3. Waqf Board of Secular India.

सर मै ये जानना चाहता हूं कि जब मुस्लिम वक्फ बोर्ड का गठन ही 1954 में हुआ तब पूर्व में भारत पर आक्रमण कर हिन्दुओ से जबरदस्ती छीनी गई संपत्ति को कैसे मुस्लिम संपत्ति घोषित किया गया और इसपर मुस्लिम वक्फ बोर्ड का हक़ कैसे जायज है। क्यों कि इन जमीनों के असली मालिक तो हिन्दू ही थे। सही मायने में तो सिर्फ 1954 के बाद दान द्धारा अर्जित की गई संम्पत्ति पर ही मुस्लिम वक्फ बोर्ड का हक़ बनता है।

My grandparents donated lands for building school in Gujarat in the village which is now a town . People of all religion goes to that school now ❤️
