So sorry to hear that you are no longer with us here in Germany. I really loved your content about my adopted home country. I moved here 22 years ago, met my wife in Würzburg, we moved to Nürnberg together where I became a German citizen in 2013. You have highlighted many places we have traveled over the years, and you gave me inspiration to visit more still. I wish you a great start in Portland and all the best for the future.
Thank you for this beautiful memory trip. Deutschland should have employed you two to promote this wonderful country. You can hear the amazement of the surroundings in your voice.
Love your videos, mate! The farewell-video, where you went up the hill to that castle is my absolute favourite! Hope you're doin' fine, wherever you are now! Keep up the good work!
Seeing this video I've "Heim- & Fernweh" (homesick & wanderlust) at the same time. Awesome you found the lost footage but heard breaking at the same time to know we don't get more of it. So sad you had to leave Germany. Miss ya.
Thank you for uploading one last video of the area here. It always makes me happy to see that others like Garmisch, the lakes and the mountains. I moved here from a different part of Germany and I am just as fascinated. Come back someday ;-), there is lots more to discover. And you know, even Venice is only 5hrs away..
So sad you had to leave, I really miss these beautifully shot videos. I was hoping you‘d vlog a bit from the US and show us where you live there. You clearly have a talent for shooting travel/nature videos.
I am near from Cologne, from "Bergisches Land". In fact the people are more warm and open and better in smalltalk and laughing. But the bavarian alps are so beautiful
Thanks for uploading one more time! Really appreciate it and be ensured that we miss you too. Hope you're doing well and one bright day in the future, you will return to Germany. All the best for you! :)
again and again formidable content. thank you very much. i hope that there is more lost footage, you just havent found it yet, check the right side pocket of your cargo pants :) for the record, for many years if not decades, the united states armed forces conduct their recreation center in garmisch, the edelweiss lodge, to serve members of the armed forces. that would have been an option to overnight in garmisch. but i feel your motive staying at a local hotel esp. since little grainau is a treasure. all the best for you and your loved ones.
Beautiful video as always. Thanks again for sharing your experiences with us! Hope you guys find similar beauty in the PNW. Bavaria reminds us a lot of the forested trails at home.
Yes, Bavery people ... you know them for sure or was it BARBARIAN ? And even though being not from the region but the Low Lands I find them nice and happy, not grumpy
Bavery? Anyway, you are being really disrespectful. Most Bavarians are known to be open, friendly and welcoming. I don't think you know Bavaria at all. Why do you post at all?

Oh, I am sorry to hear about that you had to leave Germany! :-( Come back to Germany anytime you want! *prost
Despite it's people, Bavery in my opinion is the most beautiful part of Germany. Thanks for sharing.

a wise man once said, you can travel around there for months and nobody will ever greet you
"Despite its people". It couldnt be more disrespectful ! Sometimes I wonder why people are full of hate and generalization... sad society

Garmisch is my home away from home in Florida. PLEASE don't tell anyone about this beautiful place... :)
