Double Decker Cake

Tonight we are baking a personal-sized dessert while camping in our Backwoods Camp. We are making mini pineapple upside down cake inside an enamelware coffee mug and baking it in the Dutch-oven.

She usually says "give me the smallest". So, I just assumed that to be the case..... apparently with desserts, not so much!
It's a good dessert, and there is something neat about eating it out of the mug.
