I'm in can picafort now, I'm surrounded by Germans and to be honest , they really need a lesson in manners and politeness. Met some lovely Danes and Swiss, plus of course Spaniards from the mainland.

You have your black sheeps in EVERY country. To be fair, more than once I came across some fellow Brits acting like full blown alcoholics . And THEY are making the headlines 😡
Well done Alex. He kept saying that you were defending the young drinkers, but as l see it you were telling the truth. Even in the Uk, Friday and Saturday nights see young boozy Brits falling about all over the place. It happens everywhere. I think the restrictions are a good thing, especially in All Inclusive. Some people will always abuse the alcohol if they can get away with it.

I’m in Gran Canaria now , last night was carnage, the locals invade the resorts on a Saturday, the trouble they cause , the rubbish they leave behind is a joke, yet we the brits get the bad press why don’t any you tubers film this . .?

This blokes never spent a day in his life on the strip at night. He comes across stupid there, baying for the media headlines the english media love to print. Good for you for standing your ground.
Ive been going 15+ years and go a few times a year and in that time ive seen 2 proper fights and a few handbags thats all, in that amount of time, that includes Radio 1 weekenders (Some of the older heads will remember them) and Euros and World Cups all without drama. Im on the strip every night. You'll always get the odd drunken idiots anywhere, from your local down the pub to the towns and cities up and down the country.
The media are the issue half the time, i remember and there is video proof on youtube of watching a media outlet staging an issue on the strip and they took multiple attempts at shooting the video before they was happy with the footage they got, they was paying tourists to 'act drunk' also for more 'headlines'
I remember that - the same story rumbles on year after year and it will continue to do so !

well done alex. I'm sick of telling people it's not the brits who are the only ones doing this on the island. Germans, Spanish youths, French etc ate just as bad! remember that massive fight two years ago in magaluf it was youths from mainland spain, italians and french. Last year 50 plus fight with Spanish and north Africans caused by Portuguese. I'm well aware we have absolute British born idiots on the island.....but it's not just us. I wish it was just us as it's easy to fix! But some people just won't face reality about other nationalities being the cause!
100% - and watch this story rumble on into the Summer if someone so much as staggers down the Strip after one too many. Meanwhile in Arenal....
could not agree more. we stayed in a riu in playa de palma 7 tears ago and almost 24 hours a day you could hear the Germans partying, prostitutes on the streets at night etc....that i could see from my balcony! That megapark should be closed down! I still cycle from palma to arenal twice a year when I cone over and it has not changed one bit! x

Alex, I've came across your channel recently and decided I'd not given Magaluf a chance! I love Benidorm but I dont think it's much different to Magaluf! Maybe the holiday makers are a little older in Benidorm! You did a great job there defending the resort. The British press love to try drag down Brits abroad. Actually if you go out in any of the main British resorts/cities the behaviour is far worse! Police everywhere, violence, stabbings etc. I dont get why we have to drag down brits abroad!
I've never been to Benidorm, but you will find Magaluf to be a very different resort now. And 100% - what's happening in the UK at the moment is on the next level!
Seems like you're getting famous now being on LBC 😊..but one thing stands out to me about Magaluf because of you because i Magalove you because you're beautiful and adorable 😊 x

Alex I was one of those teenagers from the 80s who loves nothing better than reliving a bit of her youth - nostalgically sipping my vodka limon in Manos Bar. I brough my 18 year old here last summer. We went to Manos, had a gorgeous meal in Alexandras restaurant then walked up the strip. Just full of people having fun. No drunks. No trouble. No bad behaviour. Felt very safe and it all goes indoors now after 10pm not like thevold days where noise plllution was bad.
