  • What kind of cookware do you use and how much weight does it add to your pack?
I go over some of the items I use when hiking and camping, weigh my pots and pans and add a new thrift store frying pan to my list.
I also revisit "My Antque Gas Stoves" video and show a repaired unit form 30 years ago.
Let me know what you think!

Nice to see a little more of the “Tiny Shop”..... pretty slick repair of your stove too. The jury is still out as far as I’m concerned about aluminum cookware. If a fella lives long enough, he’s gonna get something bad....... I’d rather get something bad from enjoying my food and camping and cooking in aluminum cookware than getting hit by a truck or being the victim of a drive-by shooting or something like that! 😂🤣😂.... really, I do have a “commercial” aluminum pan that I use for hash browns that is excellent.... however, it’s as heavy as a small cast iron skillet! Wonder how long your stove would run on one full tank...

Nice lil shop you got there Mike. I like it! Good little discussion you're having. I don't use a lot of aluminum, I have a small percolator I used to use a lot, now it's just every so often. some of my other backpacking gear is aluminum, but coated. after that it's stainless and a few titanium pieces.
