Indeed one does.... it's rumored he's been spotted in the reactor core areas and also sometimes in the corridors... You may get by him while he grooves to the music but if there's a pause in the transitions of songs he may take notice.

The Neon Hub. Survival class: Mental Hazard. Constantly changing properties can trick the mind, vaporwave playing is not consistent with mood and can shift in a moments notice or put onein a vaporwavetrace, causing them to dance endlessly to the nonstop music. Devoid of any actual harmful entities.
The Neon Hub is an anamolous location inside of the Neon Realms that acts like both a space port and a sort of hub acting as a connection point between different places in these realms. Outside it resembles your average space station but inside it is lit up in neon lights resembling a futuristic cyberpunk variation of The Neon Complex but you are able to see distant worlds, realities and levels of the backrooms floating in the void, even if all of the realities are separated by the void itself.
Inside the hub there is vaporwave music playing from an undetermined source at all times and it has no true pace of melody; it can be happy and upbeat, and rapidly switch to a panicked fast paced danger filled tune in vaporwave styling. This rapid switch of music can cause explorers to become disoriented and panic filled, some even hallucinations from many explorers of fear and thinking they are being chased cause them to freak out and require the neon soldiers assistance to calm with a Neon Soda.
The inside of The Neon Hub is dim lit in intense neon lights typically that of darker colors and shades; no true white light source exists anywhere in the hub, many neon lit areas are dimly lit despite an abundance of neon lights and it is in these many dim areas explorers can hallucinate bad things depending on the tone of vaporwave playing.
The inside of the hub is infinite with long winding corridors, neon lit halls and various rooms that you can rest in complete with beds kitchens and showering restroom facilities. ONLY the hallways are non Euclidean in nature outside these rooms, walking down a long corrodor turning a corner and walking back will often lead you to an entirely different area than that of which you already started to begin with so make sure you leave the room for good once you exit as its door may not be there if you try to return. You can sometimes see metal doors with an 'exit' sign above them. Do not take any such doors as there is a 50/50 chance you'll fall into the void or enter The Trepidated Neon Suburbs. These are fake exits and will spell your demise. There are many safe areas with neon lit food courts and plenty of supplies for your journeys through the Realms. If you find Entity Ambiance or The Neon Soldier they can give you supplies, help you with your sanity loss, and or guide you to a safe door that leads back to the Neon Utopia.
Entrances: The Neon Hub is only accessible by riding The Neon Realms Space Transit System for 24 hours. After 24 hours you'll walk down a long corridor to a dimly lit neon door, entering the door will lead you here.
Exits: Entering a door without an exit sign thats not cracked showing a living room will take you to a random safe place in The Neon Utopia. Entering a door with an exit sign above it will drop you into the void or you will enter even worse The Trepidated Neon Suburbs out of a house who's doors will slam shut, alert all hostile entities of your exact location and trap you for the rest of eternity there.
Keep at it explorer, the hub will take you almost anywhere you want to go!
