you should do a mix for Linux and Mac too. Maybe have them themed around it. Linux is more utilitarian, rough and ready and more hacker whereas a Mac is a more "sophisticated" machine. So maybe some more dystopian tunes for Linux and more utopian tunes for Mac?

I dunno about sophisticated, more like consumer goods masquerading as luxury goods.
“Sophisticated” for the uninitiated. Apple dominates its marketing and PR narrative.
If anything, Apple's environment's more dystopian and corporate (and Microsoft's too) than anything linux-ey
