The only aspect of blueprint editing i was using was the long range wall edits and the wall reset off the peanut butter. Had no idea about the other uses. Thanks bro

Holy shit! Thank you thank you thank you! I am such a bot I did not even realise there were different types of editing ie. combat/blueprint, I thought I was always blueprint editing? I've improved a lot for an old dude but I couldn't figure out how to reset a corner as you describe here 8:04 in fact I didn't know I could do any of these resets! You're a legend dude thanks again!
The safe connection point is one thing i never really knew about and I’m glad I learnt it off this video but it would be really hard to hit it on a skilled fast player that knows how to swipe walls but could be very powerful if the person is the kind to try to Prefire your edits but yea TYSM for this plus I play 120-140 on eu servers so it’s gonna be even harder for me

🤯, I truly never knew this. Thank you. It makes sense why players are so ahead of me in building now. I have been racing a car without the NOS. Without the turbo. Stock, the camaro is amazing. If you're racing camaros with stock and turbo addition, you're obviously going to lose. Until you even the playing field. Then it is down to who makes the better shift. The smoother turn. For a solid 6 months of practicing building, build fights, and piece control; I never knew this was equipped in our engines. I was leaving so much in the tank. Therefore, I am subscribing to you. I know, I'm 1 out of many. But, I don't usually throw subscribes because of that very reason. You deserve this one. Thanks man.

This was almost the video i needed. I have big issues with edit flow. For example i hold my BP out while and build and edit generally. I cant edit at the speed i want as i seem to holding out the wrong build piece whilst makign that edit so i either get a dead edit where i dont grab the wall for example. Not sure if that makes sense or not
Also i tired grabbing the wall through my cone using your method and it didnt work so i am not sure if somethings wrong on my end

Depends cuz there are some situations where you want to pull out your shotgun as fast as possible for a quick shot for example a mongraal classic or a quick window right hand peek

Do you have to be on the specific piece you intend to edit or do you have to be on just the wall piece
You have to be looking kinda at a diagonal. Top right hand corner.
Don’t focus too much on this if you still don’t understand peak, shoot, build / edit/ reset.
Everytime.
You’ll need to get used to doing that repeatedly in fights. Then this mechanic will come easily. I was stuck until I just left my shotgun out.
I would shoot. Build. Edit with my gun or pick axe peak shoot build / edit reset. Hope it helps

Hey Billy, I was trying to use fake edits with blueprint edits in 1v1 boxfights the other day but my opponent was always able to get the building piece before I could shoot them. Is this a ping issue or am I using this strategy incorrectly?

Yo Billy, I've been trying for hours and I can't figure out why I can't blueprint edit. I play on keyboard and mouse but I experimented with controller too and nothing works. I resetted all my keybinds and that didn't work either. I gain some extra edit range when in blueprint mode but I can't edit through builds or edit while looking at a connection point. What am I doing wrong? Any help is greatly appeciated
You have too have the specific build selected as in if there is a floor and a cone above and you want to edit the cone through the floor you need to pull out your cone as if building a cone then edit

Yes! Enter build mode, press the build button for the piece you're trying to edit, then use the same connection points seen in the video

it works on all platforms. Stand further away. If the wall is glowing with a weapon equipped, it's not a true blueprint edit yet.
