This virtual concert - lecture offered a first-in-kind insight into how the theme of “The Prophets from on High” came to unite and complete the Marian ecclesiastic feast cycle, in the theology and hymnology of the feast of the Metastasis (Dormition) of the Theotokos and how this shaped the theology of the Byzantines and the Eastern Christian Church.
