There is SO MUCH history on Bel-Air road!! You pointed out some of it (Bev. Hillbillies, the Gabor house), but the Reagan’s lived on that road, and so many celebrities. Yes, many of the homes have been torn down, but the HISTORY is fascinating. Would you ever do a tour of Stone Canyon, to show us the Bel-Air hotel, Chateau des Fleurs, and the new Phillip Plein estate??

So many remarkable homes in Bel Air. "The One" which is over 100,000 sq ft is probably now the most famous home in Bel Air simply because of its size. But imagine living in a place like that, I'd be spending all day looking for my phone!

back in the days of "the beverly hillbillies" the neighborhoods were wide open just like everywhere else. but over time they added privacy fences and gates and hedges to keep people from bothering them.

Good question! Often for new construction they buy them already high, however some that are very tall can take years.

Who's typically parking in the street? I notice most of them are lower end cars...Fords, Hondas, old minivans, Toyotas, etc. Surely if you're paying 8 figures for a home, you're not driving around in a beat up Ford Windstar lol!
