Did you ever find out the problem? From what it sounds like yours has the same problem as mine, it lights up when charging but dosent turn on
Unfortunately no , mine had the bms problem and me breaking the board in half didn't help either .
Mine has the exact same issue. Lights up when charging / shows charged but won't turn on. Brand new out of box. Made from chinesium :(

Same Here, never used IT for 3 years. Charged Up and nit working... This IS frustrating...
On mine it turn on but when I try to start the vibration , it says it’s an Err🥲
The motor might be burned out from overheating. But I might be wrong 😐
