(Constant batarangs his suits get destroyed more easily, replacing his batmobiles when they get blown up also trying to live a double life and hide the fact that he's Batman) granted Tony Stark suits will certainly cost more but I doubt they get destroyed as often. Episode 4, we have absolute points to consider, and therefor The Ancient One's death could've been an absolute point and if Strange were to use the time stone to bring back the Ancient One it could potentially destroy that universe, just like when Strange Supreme tried to bring back Christine

Bradon Smith He demonstrated in the movie with the apple that he can turn back time for only certain objects while leaving other stuff uneffected. Of course we are never told explicitly what the consequences of doing that is cuz the warning comes after.
Not just that but time isn't linear, it's not point A to point B and is just rather hard to describe.
If he had gone back to fix his hands it would've most likely created his own little seperate timeline that intertwines with the original one. (Time is far too complicated, fucking hate talking about it...)
Strangepoint Paradox
ParallelPain Mordo says something about "creating multiple timelines" and "splintering time" and other similar things when they initially catch Strange using the Eye. I understood from that that the Eye's magic risks permanently damaging the laws of time, creating non-linear progression and multiple alternate timelines that exist simultaneously. Essentially, time would become chaotic and people would go insane, since we ordinarily perceive time in a linear fashion. Of course, Mordo didn't explicitly state this, but it can be reasonably inferred from what he said.
Based on this, using the Eye in the way the HISHE suggests would have been courting disaster.
In theory he could just turn back time for his hands.
