Just to clarify, Red Cabin and Cabin Strength are very different products from Central Standard. Red Cabin (white label) is not cask strength and is finished in Cabernet barrels. Cabin strength (blue label, what y’all tried) is cask strength and not finished. But I agree that cabin strength is great! The L Flag is pretty solid too. Central Standard has been putting out some great stuff!

I got to sample a Driftless Glen single malt from a sales rep when I was at the new Hyvee in Onalaska. I just happened to be there at the right time talking with one of the managers who sold me on the Ben Holladay soft red wheat store pick (122.5 proof!). I keep seeing Cabin Strength, I need to try that one. Wisconsin is straight spoiled with alcohol. New Glarus, Leinenkugel's and now a number of up and coming distilleries. Driftless Glen even does a five year aged brandy!
Yes! Wollershiem has a way to go with their Bourbon, but they’ve got the Brandy down Pat! Also thank you for watching and commenting

@@WisconsinBourbonBros I am assuming that it is fairly new to the market, I believe Batch #1 was bottled at 95 proof and Batch #2 was cask strength at 118 proof. Want some "pros" to review before I buy.

Agreed. Not even close actually… unfortunately it’s what we had at the time of filming. We have a Great Lakes Feature coming up.
