I'm halfway done with the series. They did an amazing job utilizing the stock footage! They are using bikes that they've never had in Ryuki, their henshin sequence seems superior other than the fact that they say "Kamen Rider", and the cast isn't all about blindly fighting for justice. It is by far one of the most pure adaptations of a Japanese show. They had liberties with the story, but they did a damn good job. No wonder it's redubbed in Japanese!
i'm watching Ryuki right now and i've seen all of Dragon Knight. I think they're two totally different shows and are both good in their own rights in terms of story and plot. I like how different they both are.
At least Kitt has a respectable bike in this series instead of Shinji Kido's craptastic moped. Granted I love Ryuki, but I'm just now starting to watch Dragon Knight. Hope it can live up to Ryuki. I hear it didn't do well in the US for some reason, but I won't pass judgement until I see everything.
Yep... Matt Mullins even talked about having done a pilot ep with someone else playing Kitt, who was played in the series by Stephen Lunsford. And at PMC 2010, this was talked about during their panel.
it didn't do well in the US BUUUUT it did suprisingly did well as a redub in japan! shockingly, and i can see why, this show is a worthy adaptation, better than..... THAT OTHER ADAPTATION!

Loved this series, Just wished they'd release it in the UK.
The first part with Kit feel like a fan film
In Ryuki, they don't have mirror counterparts. In Dragon Knight, I bet they do.
Esse piloto é até melhor que a série em si

Why did Kit have to make a contract with his dragon, none of the other Earth riders had to do it, is it just because that’s what happened in Ryuki?
Yes.
I mean, I have no idea so I vote that it was because Ryuki did.
I think this is cooler
