It's Chinese New Year! This year, for a number of reasons, many people will be unable to be with their loved ones. I haven't been able to go back to the UK since 2019, so I know ho you must be feeling. So, in order to make it slightly more bearable if you're spending the festival on your own this year, why not sit down for a Reunion Dinner with me, Bobu and Han Meimei.

Those roasted potatoes look incredible! I'd love to see you and your parents try your hand at making a Hong Kong or Macanese recipe to represent the SARs! I love making Galinha à Africana, which is a famous Macanese dish. It's basically a variation of peri-peri chicken and it's really good! And if you do a Macanese recipe for dinner, you gotta do dessert as well, an egg tart!
