1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce 1汤匙 酱油
1 tablespoon HuaDiao wine 1汤匙 花雕酒
Sauce 酱料：
5 Ginger slices 5片 姜
5 Garlic 5粒 蒜头
3 Small red onion 3粒 小洋葱
10 Rock Sugar 10粒 冰糖
5 tablespoon Dark soy sauce 5汤匙 酱油
1 tablespoon Oyster sauce 1汤匙 蚝油
300ml Water 300毫升 水
