i remember a airpower show in styria back in the days when a SU-27 and F-16 were featured amongst various others, and boy did they sound awesome af. you could physically feel your body shaking when they would pass you with full afterburner, and imo no other aircraft that size has that ability.

I was watching planes take off one day when an F15 taxied out. I got to watch it take off and climb to about 30,000 feet while NEVER LEAVING THE AIRPORT BOUNDARY. Yep, STRAIGHT UP.
Euro fighter is like the drift car of the fighter world. Very cool. Always love seeing the F-18 as I grew up near a marine base that flew a bunch of them.
Yeah I live down the street from mcas Miramar and see f-18s and f-35s every day. Pretty awesome. Got to see the blue angels fly over my house about a month ago.
That’s because the jet is supersonic and requires more speed in order to have some form of aerodynamic forces but the a400 is subsonic and doesn’t need a lot of speed to have the aerodynamic forces
It's more about the engines type, because jets are made to have incredibly low stall speeds their only limiter is that jet engines require airflow to get more thrust whilst turbo props create their own airflow so in the simplest of terms props do pull force, whilst jets do push force

I have to amit that the eurofighter is a more modern design. the su 27 is far outdated by now but i think the SU-35S would still hold its ground against the typhoon my friend.

Eurofighter made a beautiful takeoff, and Yak-130 (or is it an Italian sister?) didn't even need the afterburner to reach the speed over shorter distance and gain full control, though it's very light.

i was on many airtshows the last 20 years here in Europe, and the SU-27 Flanker was always the most exciting Plane on any Airshow, It makes the most noise and has the most overwhelming afterburner effect on the ground, sad that this Fighters are not allowed anymore to fly here at airshows

Jebedia Kermin took numerous flight lessons to achieve this level of skill. There is still plenty of room for improvement and he has demonstrated a capacity to succeed. For friends and military aqcuaintances such as fellow u-boat captains are astonished at his transformation.

SU27 doesn't have thrust vectoring.... if it does then it's not as much as the F-22. F-22 can beat it especially in BVR.
