I'd love many more videos on rental. Most Austin videos focus on buying real estate, not many focus on the many, many people that move there that are looking for good rental areas, safety, price convenience etc in those areas to rent. Excellent video. Thank you from a new subscriber.

I wouldn’t really say that prices are the same all over inside the City of Austin is because some zip codes inside the city limits are a lot more expensive than others. It’s really depends on the school district of that area or what that area actually has to offer as compared to other areas within the Austin City Limits. It’s all about supply and demand. I have lived in Austin all my life and I’m originally Vietnam. I moved to Austin in 1991 with my family. I live north of Austin and it’s a more slower pace life than living near the central Austin. I like the area that I currently live in. It all depends on each and every individual’s lifestyle. I’m not at all into the nightlife scenery and I’m actually more into the family friendly scenery and environment.
