  • In this episode Alex and Tom speak to Debbie - Married to Kim for 23 years and lost him to suicide 8 years ago now, living with the aftermath of suicide - a very long journey that never has an ending for the family, friends and a community.

    Just a heart wrenching discussion it goes some of the way to explain the aftermath of the act
    Totally in admiration for the openness and honesty.

    I feel that men don't open up because we are seen as a burden of we admit we have issues. The pressure of being a man is never discussed enough in my opinion. Thanks to podcasts like this and more attention being made recently this can help to break the stigma.
