Wilbur is adorable! One of my dragons HATES water and I do allow her a way to go in and out, temp is good, she's just not much of a water dog. Lol she blackbeards every time and stops as soon as I get her out. The other one likes to actually get deep enough to swim. I love how they all have individual personalities!
I use that dragon soap too, works great. I’ve gotten other supplies and medications from that company too which have worked perfectly and saved me some money. Still loving the consistency man! 👍😁

You should get one! The kid bearded dragons are about $40-$50, adults are usually more. I think getting a baby is better as they’ll trust you more and you’ll have them for longer as their babies. You’ll only need a terrarium, flooring/substrate, decor, and a heat lamp and uvb lamp, and of course their food. Babies eat mostly bugs and adults eat mostly fruits and veggies

I bathe my 5 lizards 1x a week. I also do a through clean of their aquarium 1x a week and clean them and their aquariums daily as needed. While I would love to bathe my lizards more then 1x a week, I never did because I felt like it takes time to dry out. And with my uromastyx's my fear was rotting out their tails with too much water. But, now after seeing this, I may do baths 2x a week.

I may have missed this but are you dechlorinating the water prior to him entering the bath? I have a high chlorine level so I always treat the water before so when they drink they don't get all those heavy metals fluoride and chlorine

Yeah, my beardie drinks his bath water too lol. Sometimes he poops in his bath though, if he does I take him out so he doesn’t drink the water. He always has a bowl of water on the cool side of his tank to prevent it from evaporating too.
I give my bearded a bath every 2 or 3 days. He’s going on 9 years old. I just fill the tub up. Plop him in and he chills in there for 15 min. He also poops then too. He doesn’t move around much anymore and is getting bigger so just like a person/dog I feel like the bath helps with his joints. Anyone respond plz for anything they can add
I feel like a horrible person because I just got my Mom's dragon a bit ago and I didn't know they needed to be bathed. She's an adult dragon and I will be bathing her today but I feel so bad because watching more videos on dragons I'm started to hate my mum and dad more more because they never treated my dragon correctly
