Woodward is the only first-world street (Jefferson, Gratiot, Michigan & Grand River are vacant wastelands)...and even Woodward turns to hell once you pass Grand Blvd. Windsor lacks Detroit's history (much of which has been torn down), but is a lot safer. Windsor for the win.
