Haha! I drove 3hrs to your shop, waited 30 min because u were still doing another client ( you have an automatic cancellation policy with u withdrawing full amount for customers being late). My hair was so crunchy I had to wash it the next day. All for $350. No blown out trim. U stated that my nape hair looked like “flies on fly paper” bc I didn’t want it tapered. To top it off-you didn’t even have coffee 😂. Royal?? Ok.

If you bought product in addition to your service then it’s a possibility. 2. I don’t have a late policy and have never charged anyone in my entire career for being late because I know I run late at times I have a cancellation policy. 3. If you booked a curly cut at that time. That’s what you received. I no longer do curly cutting on first time clients. That changed in late 2023. 4. If you didn’t like your hair or your experience. I would have loved to have heard that from you personally so I could make it right. I’m the kind of person that would have redone your hair for FREE and driven to YOU for 3 hours to do it. I don’t know who you are or when your appointment was but I’m more than happy to do so even at this late date. 5. I don’t serve coffee. I provide Evian or Fuji water and snacks. But I will now!
