Make A Sonic Ocean Water With Me! 🌊🍋 ✶ Thirsty Thursday 10

- So nostalgic, so blue. And I didn't get it on my clothes!
✹Ingredients✹
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup water
1 tsp coconut extract
(optional) a couple drops almond extract
blue food coloring
Sprite
ice
✹Instructions✹
In a microwave safe bowl, mix the sugar and water until well combined.
Microwave in 30 second increments until sugar is completely dissolved, about two minutes. BE CAREFUL IT'S HOT!
Add coconut extract and optional almond extract. Stir, taste, and adjust flavor.
Add 2 drops of food coloring to the syrup. Mix.
To make the drink, add 2-4 tbsp of syrup to a glass of ice. Add Sprite and enjoy!

OMG we share the same cross country story, but mine happened in London UK when my P.E teacher found out that I had Kenyan parents. She later learned that not all Kenyans can run, I came pitifully last...they were packing up...as in they thought everyone had completed the race.
