@@jeanhenrique4665 Yes this is a new Ligier chassis that will be used as a base for the new P2 cars in 2026
these sounds of all classes together never gets old 👌🏻 i was stuck in pits all weekend so it’s great to see angles of the cars actually on track 😂

Is this the year that there will be Corvette customer cars in addition of the factory team?
Yup! Two additional C8Rs are being run by the AWA team (#13 and #17 I think) for a total of four Corvette GT3s this coming season. Not sure they're at the test though.

They were not at the test but I'm looking forward to seeing them in January

Thanks Lanky as always. You showed us something unique that is coming ahead. Lamborghini vs. Cadillac. Scorigami, or whatever we would call that. I don't think there was a Gallardo or Murcielago vs the CTS-Vs in Speed World Challenge. There were not any remaining Diablos or JLOC Lambos at Le Mans with the Cadillac Northstar LMP1. (different class anyways)
This content is on par, if not better, compared with 19bozzy92 and the other EU motorsport based content creators. Astonishing that you don't have as many subscribers as them, you deserve that.

What an awesome video. Hopefully, in 2025 we will see the Blue Oval and the Prancing Horse battle in the Prototype Class. And maybe one day you can go to Rally Sweden and Finland. To see the WRC cars jump.

Yes I saw it go by a few times. From the stands it looked and sounded similar to the current car. I had very limited time seeing the track and mostly focused on getting Mustang and Lambo LMDh video so I just had to get whatever else I could in between. Hopefully they'll test at Sebring soon and I can get good close-up video without fences there

Good footage, but I thought we’d see more from Aston Martin. Is the Vantage GT3 not there or something?
There were 2 there, I saw one go by a couple times but I had very limited track viewing time as it was part of a track tour and I was pretty focused on getting Lambo LMDh and Mustang video. I also barely saw the Acuras or yellow Cadillac. There's pictures of it on sportscar365
@@LankyTurtle I know about those, but I kind of wanted to see it running on video, especially given that some of the models have those headlight stickers removed. I didn't see any videos of them on YT when I searched. Not ur fault tho. I'll just wait and see if anything pops up

IMSA was gt3 before the W.E.C. W.e.c. is going gt3 for the next season. IMSA is already running gt3 cars for 2 years now.

i never really paid attention to endurance events but from now on i will watch it because honestly it looks and sounds a lot more entertaining than f1

Probably this will happen for future constructors going the lmdh route....use imsa as testing ground first before going wec....lambo and possibily honda are doing this....
Acura is more of a "Honda Japan" issue. Acura would love to compete at Le Mans, but it would be up to Honda of Japan to allow it due to Acura being primarily a brand in North America (A barrier no other manufacturer in GTP has as their brand is the same regardless of where they are). With the massive unification of all of Honda's global racing efforts under a singular HRC brand (and even "Honda Performance Development" in North America being treated to a similar rebrand), this might be the first sign that they are preparing for that.
As for Lambo, they are already competing in the WEC this season AND the North American Endurance Cup races (Sadly, The 24 won't be one due to how behind they were).
Also, Alpine is ALSO going the LMDH route but are solely competing in WEC and NOT in ANY IMSA events.

Yep, Inter Europol are teamed up with PR1 Matthiasen racing to run IMSA next year
Just noticed that the 963 doesn't sound like any other turbo V8s on the grid
The 963 and the SC63 are the only Turbo V8s on the grid (Both Twin Turbo to be exact). Every other V8 is Naturally Aspirated, included the BMWs (running what is basically the old DTM engine).

@@haryosoo Seemed to have had conflicting sources on this but according to BMW themselves, it is Turbo so that's my mistake.
@@RACECAR the NA DTM engine could "only" push around 500 hp, so turbocharging it seemed sensible (while increasing complexity, it enhances the performance, reliability, and efficiency)

How do you get into testing?
You pay $25 for an hour long track tour and they drive you around the infield on a tram (have to stay on the tram) and at the end they let you go in the grandstands for about 20 minutes
