Humanitarian, Early Recovery and Development (HERD) Program in DRC

The Humanitarian, Early Recovery and Development program has recently come to an end. This program served 140,000 people in 8 countries through combining emergency assistance and long term development.
This was our response in the Democratic Republic of Congo.
