I live in Zürich, Switzerland. You got any colleagues over here that can work like you and your team mates? My fav chiropractor died a number of years ago and I have never found anyone like him since. Plus he was in the States, which I rarely get back to these days. He was the only one I knew who could do that move ya'll do with the Y strap, but bare handed. I used to call that move the 'pull my head out of my a.. move'. It is the best of all times if you are loose enough to let it run all the way from Atlas to sacrum! Love your videos! I need something like this in my pelvis and hips
I don't understand why he doesn't like people cracking their necks or backs, I get it that if you are doing it wrong you could cause more harm than good but if you take 20 mins to educate yourself of good ways to do it (those approved by many chiropractors) you could have this relief daily. I personally pop my neck and back daily and unless it's muscular pain I've never had a bad neck or back day yet!
