This was very relaxing to watch and hear! The calmness of both is amazing.
As soon as she apologised to pup she got my tick lol. There are vids out there with more instruction about blade sizes etc but most forget about warning re safety and injury risks to the dog, and go far too fast for my liking. Saving this one for permanent reference (and so lovely to see the unlocked tail and ears!)
She's so slow and calm. Usually I would be bored but this is kind of a peaceful change of pace haha. It's nice to see someone so relaxed and a dog so relaxed about life. Plus other then being shorter on the back then I prefer (but that's just personal preference) this is a great tutorial.

What a lovely well behaved little dog💗 My absolute favourite breed as well. I miss my miniature schnauzer so much! Such funny little characters they have.
Notice how the dog was nervous in the beginning but after 5 minutes she was totally calm and trusting. This lady has such calming vibes. Even I feel relaxed watching her!

Angela, thanks for the excellent instruction with a focus on keeping it a hurt free experience. Wolfie and Aldo are very appreciative. We've gone from unkempt pup's to raggedly "looks like someone gave it a go grooming" to week 2 cleanup for strikingly handsome boys ready for summer heat. All without a single ouchie! Great way to bond with the boys!

We have always had mini schnauzers in my family, and my mom did the grooming. we have our own mini now too and I decided to groom her myself the last couple years, was scary at first but I saw your video and it helped so much! Now I feel I do a better job than the groomers around here! Its less stress on her too. I have learned some great tips from your video, especially about not twisting her little legs too much! I am sure to be extra careful now! My little one is very good for her grooming, but wish she held her feet as still as this one 😅. She really does not like anyone messing with her feet!

My dogs have horrible ear issues and they have had it for almost 2 years now and my family has spent atleast 2000 dollars on tying to fix it and noting works
Mehs Sorry, I know this comment is almost a year old, but have you guys tried changing the dog's food? Chronic ear issues are usually due to a food allergy.

What type of clipper is she using?
My wife & i do our two male MS's. The one doesn't like his head done. I have to put him in a head lock to do his ears 7 head!!! The other one is good as gold.
I wish they'd list what clippers she used and the different blade sizes and scissors and all that.

Andis AGC 2-speed. They are heavy and will wear you out. Invest in the Andis Excel 5-speed clippers if you'll be doing much grooming. Smallest, lightest clippers available. She in fact did mention the blade #'s she was using in her dialogue.

Would you say miniature schnauzers are high maintenance dogs?
I personally would. They need regular grooming, brushing, and especially training. Schnauzers (especially minis in my experience) have a strong personality that isn't for everyone. Very much can be a give them an inch and they take a mile type of dog. I wouldn't use a harsh method on a dog like say the alpha and dominance theory on them (or any dog). Though they do need a dog savvy and consistent hand. They can also be prone to skin issues.

My parents have a year old mini schnauzer. They dont have her clipped so severely. She is not a show dog anyway. Her name is Molly and my dad is besotted
As they get older they get less tolerate of stripping...thats sounds like the stripping has been causing pain to the dog otherwise it honestly wouldn't mind...

schnauzers are not meant to have a long skirt that is for Westies. Angela knows how do do the tuck correctly. Some schnauzers look ridiculous with those long skirts.
