Hello Ashley, thank you so much for reacting to Lucy again, this is one of her best songs, there are plenty more like this she has such a beautiful voice. Take care Barbara.
Hi ya - Welcome to the world of Lucy Thomas. Thank you for reacting to the best vocalist on the internet today. Check out the 'Lucy Thomas Music' UA-cam channel where there are over 60 videos and 5 albums shown. I am actually happy that new reactors are featuring Lucy and Lucy & Martha. The more reactors, the wider the audience for Lucy's music. I sincerely hope you will continue to react to Lucy and promote her music to those who haven't been blessed to hear her. Also check out the duets with her younger sister Martha - incredible harmonies. Have a great new year and stay safe & healthy!!!
Hi Island girl Lucy the voice of the century Beautiful controlled voice beautiful sound There is no one can touch her today she nails this song ,she holds that last note for 17seconds and still finishes in a perfect vibrato .In my opinion Lucy´s version is better than the original .Lucy can sing any genre perfectly you should go through her songs there are around 70 and you will understand why we love her music. thanks for supporting Lucy
Lucy’s voice here like a vocal harp with beautiful tones, doing just as required for the song. You’re heard of Barbra Streisand, Whitney Houston, Celine Dion, Faith Hill, Adele, Bette Midler, Lady Gaga, Elaine Paige, Leona Lewis, etc. Lucy betters them all and that’s what makes Lucy truly amazing. Lucy hasn’t written any published songs, but she’s sung several originals. Check out ‘Brand New Day and ‘Broken Dreams’ for starters. If you are looking for more power then listen ‘Memory’, ‘All By Myself’, ‘Somewhere’, ‘There You’ll Be’, or ‘I’ll Never Love Again’.
As Bruce Lee once said 'Be water my friend', meaning when you poor water into a pot, it becomes the pot, poor water into glass it becomes the glass. When Lucy sings, she becomes the song, she sings the song with all her heart and soul, she sings with clarity, smooth control, a beautiful softness, and breath control, she checks all the boxes. Those beautiful blue eyes shoot out at you like lazar beams that go through to your soul, her eyes look into yours, while she sings, then you are caught, and you have no choice, but to go down the Lucy Thomas Rabbit hole.
You can't compare the 2 songs, completely different songs,Lucy brought a new approach to 'A whiter shade of pale',both ate superb in their own way,Lucy can lend her hand to most types of music, once you have been through more of her back catalogue you will understand!,as for Barbara Streisand she has been one of the finest singers of her generation!,though in my opinion Lucy outings her as she does with anyone else you care to name, her clarity& her tone is unsurpassed as far as I'm concerned!.😊
I always love your reactions for some reason. Well for lots of reasons but if you haven't done it yet man and you really want to hear her show off and get the added benefit of her 6-year-old younger sister who's starting to mature, a fairly recent one from them that they dropped right before Christmas is a contemporary Christmas song called Mary Did You Know. Their harmonies together are fantastic and for once Martha gets to take the lead late and the song and then Lucy just goes nuts with Harmony's underneath and right on and barely over and under with half step dissonance and so forth and then finally really really high. At the top of her range
Thank you for that Ashley. Would you please do a reaction to ‘The Prayer’ a song by Lucy at 17 years along with her sister Martha who was just 12 at the time? It is the most beautiful song of harmony by the two talented sisters. Also Lucy singing the Beyoncé song ‘Listen’, which she sang when she was just 14. Such a natural talent. Thanking you 🙏🏻
The most beautiful voice in music today, should listen to all by myself or any duet with her sister. She will amaze❤❤❤❤Great reaction😊😊
