2023 NHRA Drag Racing Lebanon Valley Super Stock Gregory Gay Joe Hertline

It was first round of super stock eliminations and in between a few Lebanon Valley showers we got the chance to speak with super stock racers about their longtime rides, Greg Gay with his Dodge Mirada and Joe Hertline with his Camaro. The delay did not last long and we were back to racing in no time. See what happens to Greg during his elimination round and check out the good fortune that surrounds Joe during his run.

hehe Mirada,, Coor doh bahhhh. some wild names back then.. and oh a 400 "B" Block low compression(77-80 cc+/- advertised chamber and ports are tiny 205-215 area) needs the camshaft dialed in plenty w/ 800 cfm thermoquad one of the most overlooked mopar engines. almost same stroke as a 340 has, so they can rev very high rpms,
