This album is definitely a very Original, though most of the songs written and sung by Brit with songs inspired by Tex Mex, Spaghetti Western,(borrowed from American Western) , Disco, Disney's Pirates of the Carribean, with all the HI Ho's, and manly Ahhs,, American Sci Fi, a bit of Rockabillyisque Bass Rythym.
This is the best ode to Americana by a British band ever.
An American trying to pull this off as a follow up album would have come off contrived.

Something about this with all the hollering in the back up vocal reminds me of a couple of 60s songs, Double Shot of my baby's love,, and a particular song of which the title escapes me The chorus is ' If you want to be Happy for the rest of your.
