Crispy Breaded Shrimp with Dipping Sauce

After a long hiatus, we're finally back with a new video!!! You will surely enjoy these crispy breaded shrimps. Everything is so simple to prepare, including the dipping sauce which perfectly complements the shrimp.
INGREDIENTS
500 grams shrimp, peeled and deveined with tail intact
2 pieces calamansi
1½ teaspoons hot sauce
1 teaspoon rock salt
½ teaspoon ground black pepper
½ cup (63 grams) all-purpose flour
2 large eggs
1½ cup (95 grams) Japanese bread crumbs
Dipping Sauce:
1 cup sandwich spread (mayo based)
1½ tablespoon mustard
