Having personally site bored several hundred doors for locks during my career, it only took me one blowout on the doorface to realize you never drill / force the hole-saw completely through the backside. Drill till the pilot bit pops through, retract and then drill back through the opposite side. JS P.s. Also, couldn’t believe that even with using the bore jig tool that he still drilled the cylinder bore that out of square / level. 🙃
