What tips and tricks have you learned with the blunderbuss? What do you think of the weapon and which build have you been using and pairing the weapon with?
i tested this with SnS and Blunder, getting close is easy enough the question is when actually changing your weapon as fast as you can, to be honest my Initiation is the Blunder grapple pop the 2 shot, switch to SnS for shield bash or shield tackle, switch to Blunder whilst enemy is stun, bomb them and popping 2 more shot.
Don't know if it is a bug but: On release the Azoth bomb did as described, "attaches to the world", and attached to enemies within range. But after a small patch the other day it lands 2 meters in front of you, making it useless if your not very very close. Its a nice build. The only cons with the blunderbuss is that its not very good against armored enemies and that it has very little self sustain.
I feel like Ramp perk is a noob trap. It's not really as good as it sounds. To utilize it, you cannot weapon swap, because you lose the damage stacks if you do so. Blunderbuss has really high burst damage. The blunderbuss reloads automatically if you switch to your secondary weapon and wait for 2 seconds. The DPS feels a lot better when utilizing this and using the secondary weapon as sustained damage and use the blunderbuss as burst damage. So basically use all abilities on BB and use all ammo. Switch to other weapon (for example hatchet). Then use couple abilities and basic attacks on hatchet and switch back to Blunderbuss and shoot your mag empty and use abilities if you have on CD. Then switch back to your secondary and rinse and repeat.
Used almost same build but used the net instead of grabbling hook. May try this one as well. Im not sure if its better to keep them stuck and walk to them, or move them to me and having to react very quick or ill end up dead myself 😂 maybe even more cool with VG scream.
Should have all those gear choices for stats and perks coming up with the 3rd video in the series but generally its like most weapons critical chance dmg and honestly refreshing move sound like it could be really fluid with the weapon
Idk, Seem low dmg for str. weapon. Maybe the hit speed will scale dps, higher than it seems by numbers. I just like it when playing melee to have option to have range weapon, for some situations as a backup at inventory
I have seen some tests with INT gems that would seem to make sense for an INT build (so melee + ranged INT weapon) given the bonuses to elemental and so on. Thoughts?
So I know I want a blunderbuss build with that exact load out. But what I’m not sure is what to run with it. IG is nice for that utility when running light. But that pure dmg with GA would be cool as well. Just not sure what armor weight to run. I feel like all 3 would have their uses. Any recommendations and if for war/opr what would you run the GA with? Sorry I know I’m all over the place here haha

I've been testing all sorts of builds with this.
This exact build works reeeeeeaaaalllly well with int build with a fire gem with an ice gauntlet.
Running this myself! It's pretty damn amazing
This is the exact build I've been thinking about speccing into, so thanks! I've been running the blunderbuss with a spear and loving it.
Very important video for me. Ty for your work!

Loved the video.
Soften perk reads as “greater than 50% health”. So it’s an opening attack, not a closing one. Otherwise fun looking build!!

Thank you
Anytime my friend!
Was thinking about a Blunderbuss Healing Combo should work great if i go full int.
Oh i did not know you can get more damage if you equip ammo. I been drooping all my stacks of ammo I collect.

Right now I'm testing out the BB with the IG, lots of CC and burst on it, I just ahve to get the geear to line up with everything else.
yeah I could see that being great for pvp and also aoe dmg settings
Sorry this is a noob question: how do you zoom in when you do the normal attack?

what do you consider good to force on crafting for it tho ?

Yeah I think int is incredibly viable especially with some of the gems scaling. I think it could for sure work!

u wearing ful heavy armor ?
You should gameplay your build on stronger monsters
do you have a pvp build for this?
I would love to play blunderbuss but the str scaling is a massive turnoff, I wish they made it dex stat
To bad 80% of the player is light in opr and open world, and just avoid you... ice/g-With a raiper
You had more damage when you went full intelligence.. 1083 vs 1070
Did anybody else laugh every single time he pronounced the word blunderbuss?
🤣🤣🤣
Ppl still play New World Oo ?
Ppl still watch New World videos and make crap posts?
ppl still dumb af and ask stupid questions?
