A great scene that shows the true depth of their relationship. Even if they couldn’t ultimately stay together, they still had strong feelings for each other.
@@EveryoneElseIsWeirdImNormal Depression is not a deep sadness. It's an emptiness and lack of feeling. @@TakaComics depression is not lack of feeling it is a chemical imbalance in your brain that causes extreme emotional responses and also physical effects like lack or to much sleep changes in eating behavior and a whole host of other things. @@EveryoneElseIsWeirdImNormal You can have extreme emotional responses, but not always. You can have changes in sleep and appetite, but not always. The chemical imbalances can cause a whole bunch of responses, but many people with depression do report a feeling of emptiness.
Honestly one of the most touching scenes from the entire show. It's inspirational that they can still be good to each other even after everything they went through together.
I saw her years ago on Broadway, co-starring in "Chicago," and she completely stole the show from Marilu Henner. She is an absolutely incredible dancer and stage performer. She is great as Lilith, but that role shows only a tiny percent of her talents.
If only all tv exes could be that great!! This was a great moment between them, just saying I love you and wanting each other to be happy was beautiful!!!
When they say they love each other compared too how he acted around her or whenever she came over at the start of Frasier shows just how far he came really
Yes, well season 8 around this time was 10 years on from their divorce on Cheers, and in trying to keep an amicable relationship, it shows that if you truly love/loved a person, when you reach acceptance, you can, hopefully, forgive their faults.
"Maybe I'm not making myself clear. The woman is antagonistic, opinionated..." Did Frasier ever think that strong women might turn him on? He's a psychiatrist, so those who are strong and accomplished satisfy his ego and he is able to study why they have these views. I would say it is also because it gives him cause for debate as he likes to discuss a point of view.
Frasier should have ended up with Lorna Lynley , no question about it. Jean Smart played that character perfectly. Despite their differences, they would have made a great couple. It seems slightly ironic that Frasier was last seen chasing down his last love who was played by an actress whose real name sounded like Jean Smart’s character - Laura Linney.

Wow... (2:06) Awesome content. Way to go Grammar/Neuwirth, more people need to ask themselves this question and more importantly what is it to be happy. If one does not know what it is: how can they be that way? Thank you channel/UA-cam.
Could be a possibility in the new series. The flash-forward scene in Cheers (the reading of his will) makes it look like they eventually reconcile. ("That damned bar.")

So I know this is just a sit com, but! The idea that dreams can actually mean stuff is really dangerous because people actually do stuff like this where they change their life based on a dream. Now dreams are formed because when in rapid eye movement sleep the brain is bored and as such it seeks simulation. Now it can't release hormones because that would cause problems during sleep. So it instead fires off random neurons that connect memories together. For example it connects memory of "cat" with memory of "ostrich" and memory of "blank room" to make a dream of a cat and an ostrich in a blank room. Its merely a desire for stimulation it doesn't have any influence from subconscious desires. Thanks for reading.

If all ex partners had the same respect for each other.
that wouldn't be any fun. what would be the sense of sneaking in their house and putting hair remover in their shampoo.
Well it wasn't like that straight away. They had to build that respect over a long period of time.
@@riphaven 😂😂😂😂😂
The saddest bit is Frasier asking "Do I know how to be happy?" People with depression and self-doubt sit in that feeling for too long. :(
So true!!!
Thats not what depression is

I really wish they had more of Lilith in the Frasier years. Like as much as she was in Cheers.
Very glad they shared this sweet moment. They were too good together to stay on bad terms.

For the sake of the show, Frasier dated many different, and quite beautiful, women but out of all of them I think Lilith is the hottest.
Yeah, she’s probably got a cooch that can crush a diamond.😂
No doubt.
Idk, Abby the lawyer was pretty smoking.
Lilith actually is really hot in an eccentric sort of way.
Yeah Lilith is hot, but as hot as she is the bottom line is she's a self centered bitch. She even admits it. Who would wanna live with that?
its funny how Lilith kept coming back many times on Frasier ..and how he was a serial dater on Frasier as well.
What a brilliant way to end season 8 :)

What a great scene
Bebe is so fucking beautiful. Jesus!
gotta love the old phone Fraiser is using
Ya! They didn't break and they were cheap. Now its hundreds or more and if its dropped it goes to pieces.
Old? Mmm...not THAT old! Add a rotary dial and then it might be considered old!

Why didnt lilith & frasier end up back together ? Their relationship is beyond friends they are family.

Piltheser she cheated on frasier and they had a messy divorce. This was at least 10 years after they had gotten divorced.
