• One-pan ENCHILADA RICE...
INGREDIENTS
16 oz breakfast sausage
8 large eggs
10 oz can Rotel tomatoes and chiles
4 oz can mild green chiles
1 cup heavy cream
1 Tbsp dehydrated minced onion
1/2 tsp seasoning salt blend
1/4 tsp smoked paprika
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 black pepper
1 1/2 Tbsp unsalted butter
3 to 3.5-quart baking dish
Bake at 375° F /190°C for 45 minutes or until done un the center

I love your version of this casserole.
This is pretty much how my husband makes our breakfast taco filling but he also adds a few freshly shredded potatoes (liquid pressed out). He prefers to cook it all ina Dutch oven over the stove, but in the oven is a great idea! Soooo delicious and filling!
