Have you tried using reg marks on your print and cut work as this always give a more accurate cut than without. Also check your pincher roller settings on your printer to make sure these are set correctly

Hello! I am trying to decide between a Roland BN-20A and a Mimaki CJY150-75. Do you have an opinion on the comparison? Or experience with either of them… or both?
I am just beginning with a printer cutter, but I have been working on a plotter for almost 2 years now. I just only want to buy once! Ya know? But I want to prepare for the future too🤔
My version seems to be ok and I cant seem to find anywhere in the program to increase this, you can increase the job thumbnail size using the slider bar near the job list or if overall it is small try changing your monitor resolution settings.
Hello, if you are referring to the cut edit tab that you can find the alignment in Rasterlink you have to select a job that has a cut line on it to be able to run the print and cut alignment.

The Mimaki machines need to be in remote mode to receive print data from the RIP software

Keep it in remote and choose the PC Origin Offset option

Both are good machines, the BN is smaller, a little slower and more suited to beginners or crafters

There is a new Roland BN2-20 that has just been released, it is worth a look as it is 4 times faster than the original BN with a lot more features
@@SignmasterTechnical thank you! That is actually what I ended up getting and I LOVE it!!! Thank you! Great minds think alike!

Does this need to be done each time before cutting after laminating?
Hi there, no only when you notice your cuts being off consistently
Thank you@@SignmasterTechnical
This is just on step to the print and alignment setup. There is much more.
This should be enough to bring your stray cuts back into line. There is more you can do but this should be enough to make a change
Unfortunately, it is not enough!@@SignmasterTechnical
