    Are you able to adjust the cut depth in Rasterlink for specific jobs rather than changing it in the printer? I have it dialed in for our common vinyl but occassionally print on a thicker material.

    I'm cutting 6 mill vinyl and its banging really hard with the the settings I'm using. I've set the blade correctly and did fine with thinner vinyl before this heavier stuff. Is that banging normal?

      Daniel, some noise is normal. Two posibilities: 1 is you need a little more blade depth and a little less pressure. 2 is the settings on the printer need to be calibrated. How long have you had the printer?
