- Abandoned Garden railway reworked. After a good growing Summer I found our railway in quite a state and had to do some real maintanence, but it was worth it as you can see.

Seriously -- wonderful to watch . . . and more surprising that small uneducated hands do not interfere with the railway's pre-ordained operation! congratulations to the young observers!
Amazing.... That too when no Remote Control is involved
Now to find a place where the track is already there but laying the track is half the fun. Thanks, cheers.
Back To live - very nice Video.
Nice video
grace à votre passion, les trains miniatures parcourent le jardin à nouveau !!! j'aimerai bien être votre voisin !!!! bonne continuation............
Tanwtet this is a beautiful masterpiece
Thanks, glad you like it, much more about this track on my channel mrbrammoos
It definitely over grew but you managed to get it back and both locos look great in operation mate, cheers Jack
Thanks Jack, it was worth while to do some repairs and I still like to run on this track.

+MrBramMoos..'👍'..
mainly british rail. nice that you like it.
Well, a good start LOL (abandoned) I would rip it up n steal it away to my place and put it to good use, cheers dennis
? is the material to make rails cheaper in the UK, as short sections here in Oz are ridiculous, cheers dennis
Hello Dennis, as you can see at the end of the movie we still use this line, so no you can`t rip it up and use it at you place because we have our GTG every year on this track.
Someone had spent thousands of Dollars to set up that Gauge 1 garden track layout on that grand scale. He must have had days of fun. What made him abandon all that?
He must have run actual gas fired/coal-fired steam engines on these tracks and they too must have cost him a fortune. How did you who made this clip come by this property and how much did it cost you?
To give the short version it was nature. Every year there was more grass and weeds that took over and it is our holiday home so we are not there most of the time. Also the Deer started to step on the track and broke it here and there, so at last this year I had to give up and give the place back to nature. But we are building right now an indoor track and maybe in some year`s when I will have build our house in the country side we will do a better and bigger version with much more track. Keep an eye on this channel. mrbrammoos.
Very cool!
Search UA-cam for "Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad First train to Batterson" to find several videos of bush-whacking full-size locomotives. Rather entertaining!
Thanks for the tip I will give it a look.
Where do you find these model railway exhibitions like the outside ones u have on ur channel
If you lok in England for meetings of the G1MRA or the 16 MM group you can find them all over England.
No abandoned, neglected!
So you let them build up a head of steam and let 'em go? I'm assuming maybe wrongly so that these are R/C? I see no antennas. Neat to see them run without a full size person perched on the loco's tender!
You are right they run by themselves no RC involved.
Wow
Tracks are dirty they need a good cleaning
put dirt on the rails to make it look more rrreal
You mean gravels or ballast stones
Nice
Glad you like it.
thanks I have to do all the work again this year. things keep growing.
Are the engines free running or can you control their speed. Beautiful
Most of my engines are free running but some are with RC. I prefer to do a hands on job myself.
Wow, just like Flying Scotsman, you got a helicopter overhead (1:34)!!
Indeed you have it all right in the background you can hear a helicopter. I`m glad you liked it.
Must be somethin wrong with GWR tank it doesnt start too well electric would be better
Sacrilege !
What was the first loco?
This is the so called Southern Railway B4 a shunting loco which was used in the southern docks and harbours. It is a lovely little loco.
MrBramMoos Thanks 👍🏻
How much is that?
I don`t understand your question, sorry.
Didn't look abandoned to me, someone just needs to get off his lazy ass and clean it up a bit.
The whole railway is now history, we had to dismantle is after we moved.
looking at this it sees as if you use G-scale track, is that right?
Indeed I use G scale because in the woods it holds better than the finer Gauge one track.
MrBramMoos
could you explain the difference to me between g scale/45mm/gauge one?
45 mm track in narrow gauge is more robust, the track is higher and the sleepers are less per meter but also bigger. With gauge one standard track the sleepers are lower and there are more sleepers per meter also the track on its own is lower and more fine. If you look at one of my video`s of the white horse railway there you can see the difference. I hope this will do for you.
I was just curious as to what radii you have there, mine is all 5ft radii and was wondering is this would be enough for some MK1 coaches?
For standard gauge railway`s we alway try to do at least 8 to 9 feet radi. In this case it is the wider the better. What you see on this video is one curve with 5 meter radi 15 ft and one with 3,5 meter which will be 11 feet. I hope this will help.
nice video
I`m glad you like it :)
