- 11 months on T and 2 weeks post-op from top surgery with dr. garramone on july 12!
- going to gender odyssey! genderbusters will screen on sat aug 6 @ 8:30am.
- hair hair hair hair hair & not man-scaping
- knots in my back from being hunched post-op
- i can feel SO MUCH of my chest! hooray!
- passing at the airport was interesting and HILARIOUS when i was patted down
- should i keep my nose ring?
- passing passing passing & getting used to it & perceived maleness
- top surgery as a genderqueer person for me means i now physically embody external physical androgyny and genderqueerness on the outside! this is AMAZING! looking forward to celebrating and strengthening this new body that i am coming into that i am SO HAPPY ABOUT. :)
@CurtisFTM thanks! yeah i was surprised at being able to wear t-shirts but i tried with a really big stretched out one first and have been working my way to better fitting ones and its been working. GIANT CONGRATULATIONS ON GETTING YOUR SURGERY! i've been following your transition forever, dude, and its been a long time coming. i hope that healing is going well. :)
I love how thought out your videos are! Congrats! So happy for you and can't wait for our picnic!!! Although now I have anxiety about the airport flying back cos I won't be able to raise my arms enough either and I didn't get a note...
Hey dude I hadnt had a chance to watch your videos for a while. Your voice is soooooooooooo low! you sound amazing! It's really great to see you that happy! I just started T myself so I hope to be where you are in about a year!
Btw, about the piercing, I think the nose one fits you, but somehow to me it's more of a "feminine" piercing (dont ask me why) so it depends what kinda look you wanna go for!

@Popeslave aw thank you, friend!! :) excited to meet you sooooooooon. if you just tell the first security person (before you go to the conveyor belt part of security) that you just had surgery and you can't lift your arms, and ask them which line to go to for the normal metal detector, it should be ok.
@WyldFire777 teeheehee, yeah, it could be the MASSIVE sideburns. that might have something to do with it. :) -- yeah, the issue is that i can't stop taking T because my #1 reason is to keep my female organs dormant so that i can be healthy. so if anything, i might be able to lower my dose, but i can't go off of it unless i have a backup plan like getting a hysto which i would really rather not do. i'd love to never have surgery again. so yeah, its tricky. but acclimating is going well. thanks!

A thought. Maybe you're passing more because of those sideburns. lol.
Also, if you begin to feel too hairy and "male" on T, you could always stop T for a while.
And it's very uplifting to see how happy and content you're quickly becoming with your body. :)

@sirdextrose yeah it was so weird last night when i went to my friends' house and everyone gathered around and stared at my chest. it was bizarre and awesome. they said they would all take their shirts off too but then they were like, on second thought no, but maybe a naked party in the future. :)
