Lard almighty I fucking love the sound of a straight five. I don't even care that it's not a powerful engine in this case, the sound makes it worth it regardless. I love the old straight five Volvos and Audis too.
2014 is a 1.8t right. If so it wont sound like that. I would go quieter with a 1.8t. You lose that tone with a 4 banger but it will be much faster than a 2.5 ever will be
@@lequebecois4203 I’ve had the exhaust on for around 3 months now. It’s pretty loud, but not Lamborghini loud. It definitely sounds nice though, you’re most likely going to be the loudest car in traffic at any given time. The sound peaks at 4k-5k rpm, which is the point where everyone breaks their necks to look at you lol. Anything under 4k is still a nice tone. In my opinion, my 2.5 sounds better than any other I’ve came across in my area.
Kodie James Thanks for the reply. This is just the sound I'm looking for on my 2012 Jetta. I have an automatic DSG but I'm sure it will sound good. One last question. Did you have any kind of intake on it when you filmed it?

@@neilstewart9532 i got the track version on my auto. The drone only comes on at 2 grand exactly. As soon as you are above or below it its perfectly fine. But you get tons of backfire and pops when you let the engine brake. I also have a tune on it so it may be because of that
I ordered the Track system about a year ago. It sounds beautiful. I couldn't imagine wanting the sound to be anything less, so I'd suggest going with the Track for sure.

The touring is perfect. Its not too loud, whereas the track does get pretty loud and may annoy your neighbors.
