I use to be 220lbs at 5'5 all muscle without juicing. During a normal doctor visit after height weight and blood drawn. The the doctor came back in and said pick one. Heart attack or stroke. You not going to live through this year. I stopped the weight gaining and stick to cardio now. I'm at 175
Personally I like him when he had his bigger body frame he looked good being bigger trimmed down now and smaller face but body got a lot smaller he looks sick health wise being smaller.i know the guy hasn’t been well but I can keep a big frame working out still

I thank god everyday that im almost 2 years clean and rebuilt a complete healthy relationship with my family. I pray for this mans success and everyone that struggles with similar things. Its hard to recover but the happiness of sobriety is way better than a quick 2 hour happiness
