I really enjoyed this movie. I am not a gamer so I didn't know if I'd like it. I was really invested in the characters. Everyone did an excellent job in this movie.

I feel like part of the reason the movie is so neat is that the imagination behind it is beyond inspiring, and clearly it has inspired yours. We could all use a little more of that in our lives, especially now when we as a people are deeply divided on so many issues. Less hate and more love is what we sorely need right now, along with a remembrance (and even a little bit of reverence) toward the fact that we need to take care of each other and not tear each other down. At a time when media seems hellbent on tearing us apart and using us as tools in order to get clicks and generate revenue, it is awesome to see a little bit of that old movie magic taking us away from ourselves for a little bit. I think that's why so many people responded to Free Guy on a deep level--it's a fun, well acted movie with great visuals and it is apparent that everyone on the project put their passion into it. I wish we could somehow collectively agree, as a people, to stop giving our clicks to those outlets that seek to divide us and instead start supporting projects that help us mentally heal and move forward.
If you saw this movie in Dolby Cinema you understand me when I say “I felt this song on a different level in the theater.” It forced you to really feel the emotion when Guy was running. I didn’t realize how attached I had gotten to the game characters until this song started.
Same here! So touched at that moment! His soul is so pure and innocent which lots of human beings don’t have anymore! Like a child… and those AI tried so hard to keep having their free will and consciousness really touched me!^^

This movie was so good! Such a huge difference between the two versions of Fantasy. Both are great and both women are very talented, but I prefer this version. I just wish it was way longer than what’s available.

They, and Reynolds apparently, eventually agreed that Guy needed a "ghost moment" from the movie Ghost, where Guy let's her go for her own happiness. Disney felt it wasn't as romantic as it seems for Guy and Millie (a real person) to indefinitely date through a video game (which would take huge chunks out of millies life). I kind of agree, but the only possible flaw I have with the movie is Guy is essentially, literally, MADE for Millie. He is in love with her in every sense of the word, and he will never have her. Hopefully the planned sequel will resolve that, giving Guy true love. And hopefully Disney will give us the alternate ending

Just watched Free Guy! Great movie. Christophe Beck did an amazing job! The Mariah Carey "Sweet Fantasy" remake by Jodie Comer is amazing! It instantly reached down into my soul and ripped out my voice and sent it loudly into the air like an aura of ocean spray. Great scene. I mean I've been listening to that song for 30 years now. If you haven't seen the movie or heard the soundtrack. Check it out.
You know Ryan Reynolds has had some good movies and some bad movies then he has had some great movies! They are worth waiting for just like this movie and it's cover of Fantasy by Jodie Comer!
I’ll never be able to listen to this song the same again.. I watched this movie with the guy I’m dating and funny thing is he looked like Joe Keery and he was wearing blue that night we went out so I kept teasing him “you’re the blue shirt guy.” Today, he finally admitted that he can’t see us going anywhere serious.. Now this song just breaks my heart.
It was supposed to play during the reveal of the forested area, so naturally, you got the violin that is supposed to sound like dramatic opera singing. I like it, even if it startles me a bit 😂
It was love at first sight. I mean Jodie. Without her nothing could matter. She's perfect as MolotovGirl, but I love her in real life. As she is. May be not so bright but what we see in movies comes from her unbelievable personality.
