I’ve been helping a local guy towards his complete 64 set lately. I’m more of a PlayStation guy myself but it’s cool to check out all these games I’ve never played before
Retro Rick yeah he hooked me up with a very solid trade and I don’t have the nostalgia for 64 because I never owned one growing up. So we help each other out!
I main King K Rool in ultimate, along with Incineroar and Mario, I play Mario, Captain Falcon and Little Mac in smash 4, Sonic and Peach in smash brawl, Ice Climbers and Jigglypuff in Melee, and I've never played smash 64
Awesome haul! When I add games with no or destroyed labels I like to add those replacement labels to a unique colored cart. Black, blue, red, green etc. Gives it a bit more personality and eye appeal
Awesome finds! Its a great feeling to have games that are basically free! I main kirby in smash because he can fly, you can use so much strategy with him and he is an original character that started out on my favourite system.
That same Toy Story 2 on PS1 is an awesome game! Part of my childhood. The only cart I've ever come across in my game hunting that didn't have a label ended up being a great find too (since the guy didn't know what it was and threw it in for free) it was F-Zero on SNES, I did get a replacement label for it, and it looks and plays perfect :)
Samus is my go to character on Smash. Awesome video. Been watching CollectorsLuck and it’s great. Hope you find the first Snowboard Kids ... that game is in my top 10

I love this series! It shows people that you don't have to have to be loaded to have a video game collection. Nice Job Rick Keep up the good work. Oh and I think the mystery cart is Diddy Kong Racing... No real reason. It's just one of my favorite N64 Games. I play Captain Falcon in Super Smash bros! I love his Falcon Punch and nothing gives me more satisfaction than punch someone off the map lol

Definitely Ness!!! Oddly I didn’t play earthbound as kid only till now I’m older but feel in love with him since SSB1. just the concept of ness...a KID with psychic powers, a baseball bat and a Yomega yo-yo to fight and just looks straight up cool backwards hat in all . He was the true 90s kid we wish we could all be 😂👌🏼
My Smash main is Kirby, because he has the perfect moveset for my playstyle, and I like the floatiness. Smash is actually what got me into the Kirby series.
Link always. Anything Zelda has sentimental value.my dad worked a lot and he was a cold person. I bonded thru Zelda 1 and 2. We played for hours. We had so much fun together

Man what an awesome score! I hit N64 gold a few months ago with a gold toys r us system, two gold controllers, and ocarina of Time collectors edition for 80.
My smash main has been toon link, he feels very versatile to how i play. He's got ranged and close attacks, a quick down smash in air. Decent recovery, plus the rare use of the hookshot recovery is nice. The ones without toon link usually play as mario or yoshi.
I honestly was thinking Star Fox too for the mystery game. Awesome that it was Ocarina of Time though (my favorite game of all time!!). Great video man! Love this channel, and your game room!

Oh I love this question! In the OG smash I was captain falcon. In Smash ultimate, King K Rool I love his combos and his back air spikes. I have a group of friends and we do a weekly smash bros tournament. Which I placed 2nd place my best so far.
DOnkey Kong will forever be my Smash character! MOstly because Donkey Kong is one of my favorite games/characters, but also because of that wind up punch of death!
My favorite Super Smash Bros. 64 character is Samus. Even with her being slow, she is still fun to watch fall slowly back to the map as Donkey Kong gets blasted off the map.
Not sure if someone already commented on this but, Expo markers are amazing at getting Sharpie off plastic and other surfaces. Just scribble on top on the writing with the Expo for a few seconds, then it wipes clean.

I'm not a dire hard fan of the Super Smash Bros series but I've always enjoyed the games. I never really played it competitively but I had fun playing it with friends. I don't really have a go to character in Smash but I usually play as Luigi as he's one of my favorite characters of all time. Keep up the amazing work on the channel.

In the original Smash for N64, i mained Samus. Now, with smash Ultimate on Switch, i main Banjo/Kazooie. I was beyond over excited when they were announced to be added in the smash roster and haven't switched mains since!
My main in Smash 64 was Fox, but now I main Simon Belmont and Terry Bogard because I'm a massive fan of Castlevania and KoF, big parts of my childhood.
I have noticed how you always tell the person you are buying from to count the money to make sure it is all there. That is a really great idea, it's the first thing the person recieving the money usually wants to do but many think its rude. Plus it also shows you want to be honest. 😊
Loving the videos. As a person from Europe (live in Denmark) it's always interesting to see the difference in game prices. Take Smackdown vs Raw 2008 for example, it's only around $10 here in Europe (sold listings on eBay). The same with a lot of other games too. Guess the markets are just different. Was never really into Smash, but liked playing with Kirby, just because it's Kirby 😂

Awesome! Based on your Insta post, I guessed the mystery module was Mario 64. Now that Mario is already in the lot, my chances dropped ;) If u wanna sell Zelda OoT, maybe get a replacement label but do not put it on the cart. Rather more sell the game and the label together, stating it is NO reproduction but you sell it with a repro label because the original was missing. Buyer can decide if he wants to stick it on or not. Makes the deal more reasonable and no arguing later on that you were selling sth that was not clearly enough stated being a repro label. Never use a magic eraser on cartridges.😬 It’s essentially a very very fine sandpaper. It’ll leave minor scuffs and can even remove the texture in the plastic. The best thing to remove permanent marker is to go over it with a non-permanent marker and rub away. Might take a few times but it works great and you won’t damage the surface gloss/texture on the carts.
Link has been my main in Smash Bros since melee. True story, I never knew who link was when I first played super smash Bros melee. I just thought he was cool because he had a sword and shield. So later on on the Wii virtual console. I downloaded ocarina of time and I fell in love with the legend of Zelda series. So many great memories 🥰.
My main I usually play with on smash is Kirby. I love that he is so versatile and can steal other characters moves. Kirby also has one of the best recoveries in my opinion since my boy has that air time. Lol
The character i used the most in og Smash Bros was probably Link. I loved his 2 different styles of long range attacks and his downward sword attack, although his jump sucked major ass. Also, i soon as i saw that textured spinning N64 logo, i knew it was Ocarina of Time, although i didn't guess the correct game. Pretty sweet !

for cleaning the games, I have been collecting N64 games for a long time now and I've found that a hair blow drier provides some heat for unwanted stickers and sticky grime and then just a paper towel with some rubbing alcohol seems to do the trick of taking things like old marker off as well as gentle enough to clean the labels. 9/10 times all I do is take a little rubbing alcohol and paper towel and its good to go. just throwing in my method so people have different ideas. Don't destroy the label!!
Mine is Ness also!! The story is a bit long and sad so i'll try to sum it up. Basically I grew up with my older cousin and he had a SNES I loved playing earthbound even though I was too young to really understand how to play (probably it's bright colors lol). Growing up I played smash a lot and although he wasn't my main I would play him every once in awhile as a tribute to "the good old days". I actually played through Earthbound when Brawl came out and started playing Ness as one of my backup mains. When Smash 4 came out my friends and I were playing it a lot, my cousin passed away around that time and i'd find myself playing Ness a lot more as a way to remember him. Over time Ness became my main and I still play Ultimate at local tournaments! I have nothing but love for him and Earthbound!
My Smash main is Link, because, he's my favourite game character and does have a nice loadout to use in Smash. Been using him in Smash since the N64 days.

I loved Samus in smash. Loved charging up and rolling and blasting people. Also loved the chain throw. I love the toy story 2 game. So underrated.

My main player in Smash is Ganondorf for all of that warlock-goodness and you gotta love his comically huge swords that he rarely ever uses.

for cleaning the games, I have been collecting N64 games for a long time now and I've found that a hair blow drier provides some heat for unwanted stickers and sticky grime and then just a paper towel with some rubbing alcohol seems to do the trick of taking things like old marker off as well as gentle enough to clean the labels. 9/10 times all I do is take a little rubbing alcohol and paper towel and its good to go. just throwing in my method so people have different ideas. Don't destroy the label!!
Mine is Ness also!! The story is a bit long and sad so i'll try to sum it up. Basically I grew up with my older cousin and he had a SNES I loved playing earthbound even though I was too young to really understand how to play (probably it's bright colors lol). Growing up I played smash a lot and although he wasn't my main I would play him every once in awhile as a tribute to "the good old days". I actually played through Earthbound when Brawl came out and started playing Ness as one of my backup mains. When Smash 4 came out my friends and I were playing it a lot, my cousin passed away around that time and i'd find myself playing Ness a lot more as a way to remember him. Over time Ness became my main and I still play Ultimate at local tournaments! I have nothing but love for him and Earthbound!
My Smash main is Link, because, he's my favourite game character and does have a nice loadout to use in Smash. Been using him in Smash since the N64 days.
I play as link the most. I love all of his projectiles!
